The main city of the Scottish Highlands. The London Escorts is a reference site. It does not arrange bookings, and it has no profiles based in Inverness. Is it legal to book an escort in Inverness?
Selling and buying sex between consenting adults is not itself a crime in Scotland, and that applies in Inverness. What is illegal is the activity around it: soliciting in a public place, kerb crawling, keeping or managing a brothel, and living on another person's earnings from prostitution. Trafficking and exploitation are separate, serious offences.
A bill to make paying for sex an offence in Scotland was rejected by MSPs on 3 February 2026, by 64 votes to 54, so the law in Inverness is unchanged. Scots law is separate from the law in England and Wales, so check Scottish sources for the detail. Is escorting legal in the UK? compares the nations.
Before you book
- Read the whole advert or profile. The rate, the hours and what is offered should match what you are told in messages.
- Agree the rate, the time and the place in writing before you travel anywhere.
- Be wary of anyone who asks you to pay by gift card or cryptocurrency, or to send money to someone you have not verified. It is the most common scam.
- Meet somewhere you have chosen, tell someone where you will be, and leave if anything feels wrong.
