Two men and one woman, how an advert lists it, and what the booking involves for everyone in the room.

MMF means two men and one woman, and FFM means two women and one man. In an escort advert, MMF means the escort is willing to see two male clients together. It is still her choice for each booking.
What it means in an advert
A profile that lists MMF is saying it is available. It is different from a duo, which is two escorts who work together. In MMF there is one escort and two clients, and the arrangement depends on everyone being comfortable.
What everyone must agree
Consent from all three. Each person agrees to the arrangement, and any of them can stop it.
What is on offer. Settle what is included, in writing, before you meet.
Who is there. The escort should know the other client’s first name and have agreed to see them.
Price
It costs more than a single booking, and how it is charged varies. Some escorts add a set amount for the second client, and some quote a higher rate. Ask for the total before you agree. The measured rates in what escorts charge are for one client.
Practical points
Check that a hotel allows more than one visitor to a room.
